To begin, we conduct a pre-interview gathering a set of stories and experiences to assist building a personal line of questions. If our subject/s have photos, slides, old movies, we will transfer any type of media to DVD/VHS prior to the interview. This will allow our clients to preview old pictures that will stimulate their memories.
Interview. Prepare a comfortable setting within the clients home, usually around the kitchen table. Serve a light snack. Start with easy questions. (We strive to obtain the best audio and lighting for our clients).
Package Preparation. Gather all taped information and write to DVD,VHS and MiniDV for archival purposes.
Presentation. Our client is presented with a case that contains their interview package and case, allowing room for other family interviews... building a living family heirloom.
